About The Position

The Creative Coordinator role at Glo Tanning is designed for a motivated Junior Graphic Designer who will engage in creative design and project coordination. Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic understanding of web design principles and responsive layouts.
• Knowledge of digital advertising specifications and best practices.
• Basic understanding of video editing software.
• Strong eye for typography, color, and composition.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with HTML/CSS basics.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain consistent brand assets across multiple platforms, including logos, social media graphics, PowerPoint presentations, and print materials.
• Design digital marketing assets including landing pages, web banners, and digital advertisements.
• Assist in developing and documenting brand guidelines.
• Design marketing collateral for both digital and print mediums.
• Manage personal workflow and project timelines to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with franchise locations to fulfill their design needs.
• Perform basic video editing and production.
• Maintain organized digital asset library.
• Track project status and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Optimize designs for various digital platforms and ensure consistent user experience.
