About The Position

The Creative Content Producer will play a central role in shaping the visual identity and storytelling of ISP’s US & Canada – East region. As part of a collaborative regional marketing and communications team, this position is responsible for producing high-quality, insight-driven photo and video content that captures authentic learning in action and celebrates unique learning environments, student experiences, and community culture in our schools. Reporting to the Regional Director of Marketing and Communications, the Creative Content Producer will plan, capture, edit, and deliver a wide range of visual assets for use across digital campaigns, websites, social media, events, and brand communications. This role requires strong technical ability, creative problem-solving, and a hands-on approach to content creation. The role ensures that every asset is purposeful, compliant, and aligned with brand and safeguarding standards. The ideal candidate is a versatile visual storyteller who excels both behind the camera and in post-production, with the ability to translate school-based moments into compelling, brand-aligned narratives. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse school communities across the region and contribute meaningfully to how families experience our brand. This position is remote with regular travel (up to 40%) to schools throughout the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in film production, multimedia, communications, visual arts, or a related field (preferred but not required with a strong portfolio).
  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, photography, videography, and multimedia content creation.
  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing high-quality photo and video work across diverse environments (schools, nonprofits, agencies, or in-house creative teams preferred).
  • Experience working in fast-paced, multi-site organizations, or in environments requiring travel and self-directed scheduling.
  • Advanced proficiency in photo and video production, including lighting, audio capture, stabilization, and composition.
  • Strong editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop); After Effects or motion graphics experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital content formats, aspect ratios, compression, and optimization for websites, social media platforms, and paid digital ads.
  • Experience managing digital asset libraries, including file organization, metadata tagging, and long-term archival systems.
  • Strong creative instincts paired with a direction-driven mindset—able to execute a vision while meeting brand and strategic requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly in school environments and capture high-quality content in dynamic settings.
  • Highly organized and capable of balancing multiple shoots, edits, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort engaging with students, educators, leaders, and diverse school communities.
  • Ability to work independently, travel regularly, and manage all aspects of production logistics.
  • Must be able to travel up to 40% of the time throughout the US & Canada – East region.
  • Must be able to lift, transport, and set up production equipment as needed.
  • Must pass all necessary background checks in accordance with ISP’s safeguarding standards.

Nice To Haves

  • After Effects or motion graphics experience is a plus.
  • Drone operation experience is a plus; FAA Part 107 certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality photography and videography across learning spaces, events, student activities, performances, athletics, and campus environments that support enrolment and retention.
  • Plan, direct, and execute on-site shoots, including shot lists, lighting, audio, talent coordination, environment setup, and scheduling.
  • Produce a range of visual content, including short-form social videos, brand stories, interview-based pieces, program highlights, and campaign assets.
  • Edit, retouch, color-correct, and deliver polished final assets aligned with ISP’s visual brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing leaders to translate school stories and key messages into compelling visual narratives.
  • Create visuals and design that support enrollment campaigns, social media strategy, website content, and digital advertising performance.
  • Ensure all produced content reinforces each school’s identity and unique selling propositions while aligning with regional and global brand expectations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for visual storytelling during school visits and throughout the year.
  • Manage the full editing process: assembly, cutting, sound mixing, color grading, and motion graphics (as applicable).
  • Prepare and export assets in multiple formats optimized for digital ads, social media, websites, and events.
  • Ensure fast, reliable turnaround times with consistent quality across all types of content.
  • Establish and maintain organized, structured digital asset libraries for each school.
  • Implement file naming conventions, metadata tagging, captions, usage rights, accessibility notes (where applicable) and folder systems that improve long-term usability.
  • Upload, catalog, and archive photo and video assets following ISP data management practices.
  • Train and support school staff and regional colleagues on how to access and utilize media libraries effectively.
  • Partner with school leaders, admissions teams, and teachers to coordinate shoot schedules and obtain necessary permissions.
  • Work closely with the Regional Heads of Marketing and Communications to ensure content aligns with platform specifications and campaign strategies, reinforce brand messaging, and integrate seamlessly with campaign strategies.
  • Represent the regional marketing team professionally while working on-site at schools across the region.
  • Develop annual and quarterly content calendars in alignment with the regional marketing strategy.
  • Manage logistics and travel arrangements for school visits (approx. 40% travel).
  • Maintain and care for all photo, video, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with ISP safeguarding policies, including protocols for filming children and storing media files securely.
