Full-time • Mid Level
Sun Valley, NV

The Creative & Community Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and owning IMS’s social media and community engagement strategy, guiding creative direction, and ensuring our content programs align with broader marketing and business priorities. You will lead the planning and strategy for content, social channels, and creator/community initiatives. You will analyze trends, customer insights, and performance data to determine where we invest resources and how our brand shows up online. This role exercises independent judgment to set priorities, refine approaches, and influence how IMS represents itself across digital platforms. You will partner cross-functionally with E-Commerce, Lifecycle, and Creative to drive brand-level messaging, guide creative requirements, and recommend new programs that deliver measurable outcomes. While you may occasionally produce assets or content, your primary function is strategy, direction-setting, and oversight, not daily execution.
