The Creative Career Program Community Manager at Adobe is responsible for leading initiatives that support aspiring creative professionals in launching their careers in design, photography, and video-related fields. This role focuses on developing programs that enhance portfolio development, interview skills, and networking opportunities, while building relationships with hiring organizations and educational institutions to facilitate job placements for participants.

  • Define the strategy and programs for helping individuals pursue creative careers in design, photography, or video-related fields.
  • Build relationships with companies, agencies, and organizations that hire creative professionals to identify job opportunities and prepare candidates for interviews.
  • Collaborate with educational institutions, community groups, and trade associations to partner on career development programs.
  • Manage internship and apprenticeship programs, including the application and matching process.
  • Create content and resources for job hunting, self-promotion, and networking.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a relevant design field, or 8 years of experience in marketing creative products or community building.
  • Experience in building programs and content for job hunting and networking, preferably in creative fields.
  • Proven experience leading internship or apprenticeship programs.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience using Creative Cloud tools and services.
  • Competitive salary range of $123,200 - $245,500 annually based on location and experience.
  • Potential for short-term incentives in the form of an Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
  • Eligibility for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
