The Creative Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the project management and creative processes within TC Restaurant Group. This position is not merely a design resource; rather, it is focused on overseeing multiple projects, priorities, and timelines simultaneously. The Creative Brand Manager will manage the design team and maintain up-to-date dashboards on Asana, acting as the primary liaison with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on project objectives. The role requires a commitment of 40 to 50 hours weekly, with schedules that may vary based on business levels, special events, and holidays. In this position, the Creative Brand Manager will utilize their extensive experience in digital graphic design to produce visual collateral for the company. Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day workflow of the graphic and creative department, coordinating project SOPs, prioritizing project requests, and providing feedback for creative projects. The manager will also be responsible for project status reporting to the Director of Marketing and other stakeholders, contributing innovative design concepts for marketing and branding projects, and creating vision boards and storyboards for campaigns. Additionally, the Creative Brand Manager will manage all brand assets, including brand guidelines and graphic design libraries, and oversee the printing process from submission to completion. They will build promotional materials, media kits, and sales materials to enhance the customer journey and support marketing efforts. Collaboration with various teams is essential to identify problems and translate them into creative solutions that drive business metrics. The manager will also support the design and production of digital assets, manage the execution of approved design systems, and assist the marketing team with large-scale projects.
