We are hiring a Creative Brand, Community & Growth Lead as our first in-house marketing hire. This role blends brand, narrative, community presence, and growth into a single creative and high-impact function. You will define how we tell our story. You will shape who we are, why we exist, and why our work matters. You will drive the creative direction for launches, events, and public presence, help build our community of customers, partners, and supporters, and experiment with the growth channels that amplify our message. You will act as a cross-functional creative partner to the founders, product leaders, and sales teams, turning ideas into campaigns, experiences, and narratives that attract attention and build trust. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and brings both taste and operational discipline. You will shape brand identity, orchestrate product and company launches, lead event strategy, maintain an authentic social presence, collaborate on PR initiatives, and prototype new ways for Tutor to engage with the world. The ideal candidate is a creative operator with experience in fast-growing startups, someone who can generate bold ideas and also execute them. Backgrounds in brand, growth, experiential marketing, community building, or product marketing are all welcome. Experience with emerging technology, AI, robotics, or complex B2B products is a strong plus.
