About The Position

The Creative Associate will play a central role in shaping the visual identity and marketing communication for The Finest Accessories, Inc. brands. This position is ideal for a multi-disciplinary creative who is comfortable moving between email design, digital marketing, website visuals, packaging, and various design projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and has a strong eye for premium aesthetics that align with our brand. This position is primarily onsite, with the opportunity to work remotely on Wednesdays.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of professional design experience, preferably in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or Canva is a plus.
  • Experience designing for email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Understanding of e-commerce design principles and responsive digital layout.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and physical design work.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design visually compelling email graphics, templates, and campaign assets aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create high-performing email layouts and visual concepts.
  • Optimize designs for mobile responsiveness and accessibility.
  • Maintain a consistent visual style across all digital communications.
  • Develop graphics, banners, landing pages, and UX-friendly visuals for the website and online store.
  • Support ongoing site updates by producing imagery and digital assets that enhance product storytelling and user experience.
  • Ensure cohesive brand representation across all digital touchpoints.
  • Create packaging concepts and production-ready artwork for new and existing product lines.
  • Collaborate with product development and vendors to ensure print quality and material accuracy.
  • Refresh packaging designs as needed to support brand evolution.
  • Design assets for social media, presentations, trade shows, sales materials, and internal communications.
  • Support brand development through typography, photography direction, layout refinements, and creative problem-solving.
  • Ensure all visual output maintains brand consistency and high aesthetic standards.
