The Associate Design Director works autonomously, leading a team and bringing the vision of multiple projects to life with little or no oversight. This role involves close collaboration with co-creative leaders and across departments, thinking strategically about how to drive business. The Associate Design Director is a key contributor to the creative department and agency culture, mentoring junior designers and ensuring excellence and originality in their work.
