About The Position

At Millie's Homemade Ice Cream, we make & serve ice cream that makes people smile. We utilize local, organic, fair-trade, and seasonal ingredients to handcraft our super-premium ice cream, which we sell both wholesale and retail in our growing number of scoop shops. It's important to us that our customers AND our employees have a great experience, every time they walk into the building. We value teamwork, work ethic, positivity, and friendly customer service above all else. And a passion for ice cream made with thoughtfully curated ingredients sure doesn't hurt! We are currently training and hiring MANAGEMENT candidates: Shop Managers & Shift Leads. All management personnel must be courteous, fun, comfortable in roles of authority, and have a passion and demonstrable skill for customer service. Additional Information: Positions are full-time, and we require full availability and flexibility (days, nights, weekends) Must have dependable transportation and must maintain a working cell phone. Minimum of 1 year of employment in retail or foodservice is preferred but not required. Management positions require minimum of 2 years managerial experience. ServSafe certifications are preferred, but not required. Pay and benefits commensurate with experience and position.
