About The Position

Job Title: CRE Originations Associate Corporate Title: Associate Location: New York, NY Overview The Commercial Real Estate (CRE) team in New York is looking for an Associate level applicant to support our Large Loan Origination efforts. Deutsche Bank's Commercial Real Estate Group (CRE) provides financing to public corporations and private equity groups owning or acquiring commercial real estate assets in all property types including hotel and lodging, industrial, manufactured housing, multifamily, office and retail across the Americas and Europe. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Corporate finance, commercial real estate credit, real estate valuation, or private equity experience
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Argus, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Prior Excel financial modelling experience is necessary
  • Clear and cogent business writing skills
