We are seeking a high-performing, self-motivated Senior Sales Support Representative (Sr. SSR) to serve as a strategic partner to the Sales organization and a subject-matter leader within the Service department. This role extends beyond traditional sales support functions-serving as a trusted advisor, escalation point, and process owner for proposal development and quoting operations. The Sr. SSR will drive high-value deliverables that directly impact revenue growth and client retention by ensuring excellence, consistency, and accuracy in all proposals and RFP submissions. The ideal candidate is a technical expert in quoting and benefits analysis, a skilled communicator, and a collaborative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. This role demands a high level of autonomy, decision-making capability, and a demonstrated ability to lead through influence across departments and carrier partners. The Sr. SSR is integral to process improvement, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring the Sales team is supported with strategic, timely, and consultative service. While this is a remote role, ideal candidates will be based in California to support our local Sales teams.
