About The Position
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Crawlspace Technicians in Hendersonville, TN. This full-time position involves performing general labor tasks primarily related to crawlspace work. The role requires physical strength and stamina, as technicians will be expected to lift heavy materials, with a maximum weight of 75 lbs. The job entails working in various crawlspaces, which may involve navigating tight spaces and performing tasks that require attention to detail and safety awareness. As a Crawlspace Technician, you will be provided with transportation to job locations, and for qualified applicants, there is a possibility of being assigned a company vehicle. We offer paid training to ensure that you are well-prepared for the tasks at hand. Our work schedule consists of 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, allowing for a consistent work-life balance. In addition to a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16 to $18, we provide several benefits to our employees, including paid time off and paid holidays.
