Requirements

• Experience installing crawlspace encapsulation systems or similar construction/field work
• Ability to work in confined spaces and physically demanding environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers

Responsibilities

• Install crawlspace encapsulation systems including vapor barriers, sealing materials, and moisture control solutions
• Prepare crawlspaces by removing debris, leveling surfaces, and addressing pre-install conditions
• Install and service equipment such as dehumidifiers, sump pumps, and drainage systems
• Inspect crawlspaces to assess moisture, structural, and environmental conditions
• Ensure all work meets company standards and industry best practices
• Document completed work, photos, and service details in internal systems
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding scope of work, findings, and outcomes
