Qualifications Demonstrated Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Demonstrated proficiency with basic math skills. Ability to read blueprints and follow standard work instructions. Ability to demonstrate required proficiency level/competency to successfully perform job. Demonstrated proficiency with the following equipment/tools: Ability to operate hand tools, including air powered nail and staple guns, wood saws, steel and plastic banding, measuring tools, such as a tape measure, and other related tools and equipment. Ability to utilize a computer to access drawings, work instructions, or other documents. Credentials, certifications & Industry-Specific Experience High school degree or equivalent Ability to obtain and maintain certification to drive and operate a fork truck, crane and/or other related vehicles or machinery. Physical Requirements Required to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle and feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, grasp and lift up to 50 pounds. Standard personal protective equipment (PPE) required while on the shop floor or in other work area where mandated (i.e. steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and/or other applicable PPE).
