This position requires strong attention to detail, hands-on woodworking skills, and the ability to build custom crates that protect high-value marine products during domestic and international transport. Responsibilities

Build custom wooden crates and packaging solutions based on product specifications and shipping requirements
Package marine components, assemblies, and small products for shipment via UPS and other approved carriers
Ensure crates meet internal standards, carrier requirements, and international shipping regulations
Track incoming and outgoing lumber packages in accordance with certificate requirements
Collaborate with shipping, logistics, and production teams to meet delivery deadlines
Verify accuracy of packaging documentation and support shipping paperwork as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Adhere to attendance, safety, and quality policies
Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs
