About The Position

Your Role as Crate Builder / Warehouse Worker: As a Crate Builder / Warehouse Worker, you will play a critical role in supporting our production and shipping processes by constructing safe and secure packaging and assisting with materials handling. This position requires keen attention to detail, proficiency with tools, and reliability. Your contributions ensure that our custom products arrive safely and on time.

Requirements

• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Experience with hand and power tools (e.g., saws, drills, nail guns)
• Physical stamina: lifting, bending, standing for extended periods
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and punctual
• Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to North Port, FL 34289

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of experience in warehousing, general manufacturing, or construction preferred

Responsibilities

• Crating & Packaging Construct wood crates for doors, frames, and hardware
• Package components securely to prevent transit damage
• Warehouse & Material Handling Assist with receiving and deliveries
• Perform general material warehouse tasks
• Conduct cycle counts and inventories
• Support material put-away and inspections
• Operate warehouse equipment including lift trucks and combi-lift
• Other Duties as Assigned Undertake additional tasks and projects as directed
