Requirements
- Graduate of a certified Dealer School
- Must be proficient in dealing Craps
- Strong math and communication skills
- Able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
Responsibilities
- Deal Craps games accurately and efficiently
- Exchange currency for chips
- Ensure all wagers are placed before dice are thrown
- Announce results, pay winners, and collect losing bets
- Protect the game and enforce house rules
- Check ID for patrons appearing under 30
- Report irregularities to supervisors
- Maintain a friendly, upbeat attitude during all shifts
