Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic mechanical and/or electrical aptitude
  • Willingness to learn troubleshooting methods and preventive maintenance procedures
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and follow safety protocols
  • Dependable, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Nice To Haves

  • Some hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical work, or electrical work
  • Exposure to crane systems or lifting equipment
  • Technical training in industrial maintenance or mechanical/electrical systems
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately, both written and verbal
  • Works well independently or as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Interest in pursuing certifications or additional training in crane maintenance

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance on facility and crane systems
  • Support troubleshooting and repairs under guidance of experienced technicians
  • Help perform routine crane inspections and basic maintenance tasks
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times
  • Support housekeeping and 5S standards in work areas
