Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic mechanical and/or electrical aptitude
- Willingness to learn troubleshooting methods and preventive maintenance procedures
- Ability to use basic hand tools and follow safety protocols
- Dependable, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
Nice To Haves
- Some hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical work, or electrical work
- Exposure to crane systems or lifting equipment
- Technical training in industrial maintenance or mechanical/electrical systems
- Ability to follow instructions accurately, both written and verbal
- Works well independently or as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Interest in pursuing certifications or additional training in crane maintenance
Responsibilities
- Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance on facility and crane systems
- Support troubleshooting and repairs under guidance of experienced technicians
- Help perform routine crane inspections and basic maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
- Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times
- Support housekeeping and 5S standards in work areas
- Be available for overtime or weekend work as needed
