About The Position
Sterling Crane LLC is seeking a Crane & Rigging Supervisor to join our team at the Fort Collins Yard. With a vast inventory of over 1000 modern lifting equipment units, we are well-equipped to meet the increasing demand in our industry. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, ensuring that all employees adhere to Sterling's safety procedures. You will conduct detailed site surveys to determine crane requirements and provide timely quotations to clients based on these surveys or client requests. Effective communication is key, as you will need to relay all job requirements to the Dispatcher to ensure successful job completion in accordance with Sterling's policies. Additionally, you will assist with on-site lifting operations, carry out scheduled and unscheduled LPS activities, and arrange Tool Box talks as necessary. Your role will also involve overseeing operator training and competency assessments, maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring prompt responses to customer issues or concerns. You will seek regular feedback from customers to incorporate positive insights into strategies and develop new opportunities. Other duties may be assigned as needed, making this a dynamic and engaging position.
