We are currently seeking a Crane Operator for bridge construction in the Madison / Taylor County area. This is a full-time position with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays required.

Requirements

• Mandatory operation of lattice boom crawler crane (up to 250 T).
• Experience with telescopic boom and hydraulic crane operation is preferred.
• Current certification required (NCCCO, NCCER, or military certification).
• Strong emphasis on safety and precision in operations.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and heavy demand physical.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and safety inspections of the crane.
• Accurately read and analyze load charts.
• Communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
• Work comfortably at heights using typical fall arrest systems as needed.
• Physically lift up to fifty pounds.
• Assist with crane maintenance and repairs when not operating the crane.
