We are currently seeking a highly skilled Crane Operator to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of our projects throughout Missouri.

Requirements

3+ years of experience operating cranes in heavy civil construction.
NCCCO (National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators) certification required.
Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, load calculations, and crane capacities.
Ability to read and interpret lift plans, blueprints, and job site specifications.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception for precision operations.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Physical ability to work in demanding environments, including adverse weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

Operate various types of cranes, including hydraulic, lattice boom, and tower cranes, to lift, move, and position materials safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret load charts, blueprints, and lifting plans to ensure proper execution of lifts.
Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance on crane equipment to ensure safe and optimal performance.
Work closely with signal persons, riggers, and site supervisors to coordinate lifts and maintain safe operations.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and site-specific requirements.
Identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures to minimize risks.
Maintain accurate records of crane operations, inspections, and maintenance activities.
Assist in general construction tasks when not operating the crane.
