About The Position

Enstructure operates one of the largest networks of marine terminals in the U.S., providing integrated logistics services across 22 strategic locations. Our Wilmington terminal supports container handling operations with advanced infrastructure and a commitment to safety and efficiency. We’re seeking a Crane Maintenance Supervisor to lead inspection, maintenance, and repair of container handling cranes (STS, RTG). This is a leadership role focused on team development, technical oversight, and operational reliability—not crane or forklift operation.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of crane maintenance experience; 2+ years in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of crane systems, diagnostics, and maintenance planning
  • Experience with CMS and technical documentation
  • TWIC credential required
  • OSHA certification not required (employee does not operate cranes)
  • Forklift operation not required

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily crane maintenance and repairs
  • Lead and mentor a team of crane technicians; assign tasks and monitor performance
  • Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and ANSI safety standards
  • Coordinate with terminal operations to minimize equipment downtime
  • Manage parts inventory and procurement
  • Maintain CMS records and report KPIs
  • Support technician training and career development
  • Drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes and team performance
