Requirements

• Good overall knowledge of most trades: Carpentry, Tile, Stucco, Electrical, Plumbing.
• Proper Equipment: Knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks and having a reliable truck or van.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
• Be Presentable: Clean-Cut appearance, decent looking vehicle, organized tools.
• Punctual and efficient, maintaining the highest integrity and striving for top customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Look around the property and communicate to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle (Sales).
• Take the time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed.
• Sometimes, we take the time to fix something small and then point it out to the customer to help them understand that we are capable of doing more.
• Demonstrate ability and willingness to EXCEED Customers' expectations.
