Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name. Responsibilities
- Perform all types of quality handyman repairs
- Carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile work, basic plumbing, and electrical tasks
- Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate with customers about potential repairs or additional services the company can provide
- Earn customer confidence and inquire about additional work that could be performed
- Take initiative to fix small issues and educate customers on the company’s capabilities
- Maintain organized tools and a professional appearance
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- Consistently deliver high-quality craftsmanship and customer service
