Requirements
- Exceptional woodworking skills developed through real, hands-on experience—cabinet making, finishing carpentry, furniture building, or similar.
- Mastery of hand tools and the ability to craft pieces you'd be proud to have in your own home.
- A commitment to quality—you work until the job is done right, not just done.
- A team-first attitude—you collaborate well, support your coworkers, and raise the bar for those around you.
- A learner’s mindset—you’re willing to follow proven systems while also looking for ways to make them even better.
- Versatility and flexibility—you’re a utility player who’s open to cross-training, jumping in where needed, and tackling a wide variety of tasks with a positive attitude.
