Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks
- Complete basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and other handyman services
- Troubleshoot issues and determine effective, lasting repair solutions
- Execute work orders efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
- Manage time effectively to complete projects on schedule
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
