Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
• A can-do attitude and strong communication skills
• Someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• A team player who’s always ready to learn and grow

Responsibilities

• Assist the Crafted Manager in managing daily restaurant, including food preparation, cooking and service delivery.
• Managing and supporting a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and development.
• Championing top-notch food hygiene and cleanliness that meets all health and safety guidelines.
• Driving sales and helping your store achieve its targets.
