Under the direction of the Associate Program Director, the Assistant Director supports the daily operations of the Craft Shop at Snow Mountain Ranch. This position assists in developing and delivering a variety of craft programs for guests, trains and supervises staff, maintains inventory, and ensures a welcoming and safe environment aligned with the YMCAs mission and values.
