About The Position

Sprink Construction (www.sprinkconstruction.com) is a Denver-based commercial general contractor specializing in tenant improvement work, primarily in light-industrial and warehouse facilities. We’re hiring an experienced Craft Laborer who knows how a job site works, takes pride in doing things right, and can handle a variety of self-perform tasks without constant supervision. Role Summary This is a full-time, field-based position working on active job sites across the Denver metro area. You’ll support tenant improvement projects by self-performing work, assisting subcontractors, maintaining job site standards, and helping keep projects on schedule through execution of your role.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of commercial construction or facilities maintenance experience
  • Experience with tenant improvements or interior build-outs
  • Able to work independently and stay productive
  • Strong attention to detail and work quality
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work all day

Nice To Haves

  • OSHA 10 or 30 preferred

Responsibilities

  • Self-perform a wide range of construction and maintenance tasks
  • Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
  • Support and coordinate with subcontractor crews
  • Assist with material handling, deliveries, and logistics
  • Complete punch list and closeout work
  • Read basic plans, specs, and punch lists
  • Identify and address minor field issues before they become problems
  • Represent Sprink professionally on site and in public
