About The Position

Love craft beer? Want a sales career with growth potential? Join our dynamic team as a Sales Representative. You'll build relationships with bars, restaurants, and retailers while growing our award-winning craft beer portfolio. We are currently looking for a Sales Representative to grow the company's portfolio, and identify new opportunities to increase market share while building and managing relationships with accounts in the Hudson Valley (Ulster & Dutchess Counties). The ideal candidate for this role should be self-motivated, high-energy, and eager to learn new things. Annual salary range of $40,000 to $50,000 with the addition of bonus potential. As well as platinum-level medical, dental, and vision benefits (eligible after 90 days) and voluntary benefits like life insurance, AFLAC, legal assistance, and pet insurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in marketing, sales and management
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• This person will live in or around the assigned area
• Valid and clean driver's license
• Ability and willingness to work independently
• Cicerone Beer Server Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bars, restaurants, and retail accounts
• Grow sales and increase placements of our craft beer portfolio within your territory
• Merchandise and maintain product displays, ensuring freshness and proper rotation
• Organize and execute in-store promotions, tastings, and special events
• Develop new accounts and identify new sales opportunities
• Manage orders, deliveries, and account inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Meet monthly sales and distribution goals, reporting progress to your manager
• Represent Craft Beer Guild at industry events and maintain a positive company image
• Other duties as assigned
