Requirements

• Prior bartending experience including basic bar knowledge, along with the ability to craft drinks consistently and accurately, preferably in a fine-dining setting.
• Understanding of state and local liquor laws.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to take initiative.
• Strong communication skills for taking orders, recommending drinks, engaging with customers, and coordinating with other staff.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, especially during busy service periods.
• Required food and alcohol certifications.

Responsibilities

• Pour, serve, and mix a variety of drinks, including classic and signature cocktails, suggesting drinks based on guest preferences.
• Prep the bar before service — stock supplies, ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and ice.
• Welcome guests warmly and create a positive experience.
• Verify IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Work with staff to ensure smooth service and delegate tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
