About The Position
The Craft Academy Resident Life Assistant (RLA) is a full-time undergraduate student role designed to support the Graduate Level Residence Counselor in managing high school students at The Craft Academy for Excellence in Science and Mathematics. The RLA is responsible for fostering a positive community within the residence hall, assisting with supervision, programming, and activities, while serving as a role model and representative of the Academy.
