Through its Center for Community Development (CCD), American Express National Bank’s overarching goal is to maintain a leadership position in financing, investing, and facilitating community development activities within our assessment area and beyond. CCD is hiring a CRA Service Program Manager. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead the strategy, execution, and evaluation of American Express National Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) service initiatives. The position is responsible for advancing the Bank’s CRA service goals through strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, regulatory alignment, and community engagement. The successful candidate will own the full lifecycle of the CRA service program — from program design and volunteer engagement to documentation and regulatory examination readiness. The CRA Service Program Manager will report to the Director of Community Development and provide leadership in developing service strategies that drive measurable community impact and regulatory performance.
