Line of Business Description This job is responsible for conducting activities in support of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and conducting assigned responsibilities for scope of enterprise wide CRA program / policy. Key responsibilities include the ability to assesses bank performance for low and moderate income (LMI) individuals and in LMI areas to determine CRA applicability / performance test conclusions. Job expectations include an ability to manage, mine, analyze and draw conclusions on volumes of industry and internal data to create meaningful analysis in support of business strategy and decision-making. Provide data management and reporting expertise required to comply with the new OCC CRA rule. Provide system research, reconciliation and analysis in support of the bank's CRA program. Work with CRA team, Technology and business partners to develop the new CRA requirements and the new CRA application. Support the technology remediation testing for the existing CRA application.

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of SQL queries
  • Microsoft Excel and Access database expertise
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to manipulate data across systems
  • Liaison between LOBs and Technology
  • Data reconciliations
  • Ability to translate business requirements for Technology application

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of Tableau, Microstrategy, SAS
  • Technical knowledge of CRA and HMDA regulations and use of CRAWiz a plus
  • For internal employees; participation in a work from home posture does not make you ineligible to post, however, may require to meet the workplace excellence policy
  • Internet Service Provider at home (no public WiFi or Internet)
  • Sufficient room to set up a laptop, monitor, keyboard and mouse
  • Comfortable space to work for a full shift

Responsibilities
