Requirements

• 3-5 Years of related experience
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience with banking and/or CRA preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Charter CRA Committee Meetings including preparation of meeting materials and leading discussion during the meeting.
• Manage CRA Activity Data Integrity including CRA donations, CRA investments, CRA service hours, and Community Development Loans.
• Coordinate the completion of CRA Self-Assessment and Performance Context in preparation for the CRA exam.
• Track and analyze Bank CRA Data - Identify and communicate CRA deficiencies and potential problems to management and staff; work with line management in developing and implementing corrective action(s) to resolve identified problems.
• Train bank employees on CRA basics and answer ongoing CRA related questions as they arise.
• Manage Bank CRA initiatives and efforts.
• Coordinate Exam process with Bank and examiners.
• Contribute to corporate CRA projects and initiatives.
• Maintain a competent level of expertise and knowledge of the requirements of the various laws, regulations and rulings governing Wintrust CRA activities.
