Leads, designs, and innovates the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) analytics and reporting to support the compliance and performance framework. Responsible for acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources, maintaining databases, analyzing and interpreting data, validating statistical results and implementing strategies which optimize statistical efficiency, quality and emerging needs. Conduct ongoing internal analysis of the institution's CRA data accuracy and performance. Provide compliance guidance to internal management based on analysis and interpretation of the regulation and the Bank's CRA performance and CRA reform. Must have ability to work in office 4 days a week.
