About The Position

The On Premise Key Account Specialist (Spirits) role at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits focuses on managing and growing relationships with key accounts in the spirits portfolio, specifically for Diageo & Moet Hennessy USA. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of industry-related sales experience within the distribution, hospitality or supplier community.
• 21 years or older.
• Valid state motor vehicle operator's license and ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance by State laws.

Responsibilities

• Sell to accounts in assigned trade channel(s).
• Drive brand success via leadership selling against trade channels.
• Support the selling efforts of sales reps, district managers, and key account specialists within the wholesaler.
• Lead all parts of the sales process including targeting appropriate accounts and lead selling.
• Monitor field implementation and execution of programs within assigned accounts.
• Regularly interact with field management for updating programming and brand priorities.
• Provide detailed tracking reports of wholesaler performance against agreed-to supplier objectives.
• Develop key account relationships that deliver measurable results.
• Create, coordinate, and attend on-site promotional functions at established customer accounts.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
