About The Position

This position provides all aspects of project management of capital development, infrastructure, and aquatic habitat restoration projects ranging in cost from $5,000 to $1,000,000 or more. Provides design assistance on small and large capital construction projects as appropriate. As a project manager, this position handles all aspects of projects, including preliminary investigations, project planning, surveying, developing and choosing project alternatives, cost analysis, design calculations, develop construction drawings, specification preparation, contract and bid documents preparation, and design consultant selection, contracting, and oversight.
