Job Description Directly and through Account Representatives, manages all relationship management activities for a portfolio of commercial bankcard clients. Develops strategic client plans and executes on key initiatives that drive success for the client and the Corporate Payment Systems (CPS) business. Retains and grows spend volume and revenue of existing customer relationships. Maintains and deepens strong relationships at multiple levels of the client's organization. Monitors and enhances the profitability of all assigned relationships. Maintains excellent client satisfaction levels, competitor awareness and deploys necessary response to risk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Seven to ten years of relationship management experience

  • Broad knowledge of bank products and services that result in successfully capitalizing on all opportunities to expand relationships and sales of bank's products

Responsibilities

  • Managing the non-credit risk for customer portfolio and cross-sales of Payments products to existing customers
  • Providing consultative advice to customers, growing portfolios through various program optimization activities and making referrals
  • Building strong partnerships and alignment with internal stakeholders
