  • Conduct CPR training sessions for individuals and groups, ensuring that participants learn and understand the proper procedures for performing CPR.
  • Develop and update training materials and lesson plans in accordance with the latest guidelines and best practices.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to participants on their performance during training sessions, and provide additional instruction and practice as needed.
  • Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training sessions and make recommendations for improvements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and healthcare professionals to ensure that training programs are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, including participant attendance, performance, and evaluations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in CPR training, and incorporate this knowledge into training programs.
  • Certification as a CPR instructor from a recognized organization such as the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively teach and train individuals from diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
  • Knowledge of the latest CPR guidelines and best practices, as well as the ability to incorporate this knowledge into training programs.
  • Experience in adult education or training, with the ability to develop and deliver effective training materials and lesson plans.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of training sessions.
  • Flexibility for frequent travel across the neighbor islands.
