About The Position

This role is central to optimizing and scaling enterprise quoting processes for medical informatics solutions, directly impacting sales efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You will manage guided selling workflows, support CPQ platform strategy, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, finance, legal, and order management. The position requires a balance of technical understanding, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that complex software, hardware, and service bundles are quoted accurately and efficiently. With opportunities to influence platform enhancements, support training, and drive market adoption, this role is both strategic and hands-on, ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred; 5–7 years of experience in Healthcare or Enterprise Imaging Informatics or related fields.
  • 5–7 years of experience with Oracle CPQ or competitive CPQ platforms; familiarity with guided selling or quoting workflows is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of CPQ and sales guided selling principles, with willingness to develop advanced skills.
  • Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally to gather requirements, map processes, and translate business needs into system configurations.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a dynamic, agile environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce and sales enablement tools preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to follow through on action plans.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable, user-friendly quoting workflows for enterprise medical informatics solutions across North America and global markets.
  • Support the lifecycle of the CPQ platform, contributing to strategy, system requirements, and process optimization.
  • Implement Guided Selling strategies to streamline complex quotes for software, hardware, and professional services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Marketing, Sales, Order Management, Finance, Legal, Quality Assurance, and Product—to gather requirements, validate designs, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage product backlogs, prioritize features based on business impact, and support CPQ roadmap planning.
  • Monitor system performance, facilitate user testing, document processes, and recommend improvements.
  • Support sales enablement, training initiatives, and integration with critical systems such as Salesforce and ERP platforms.
  • Maintain alignment with corporate strategy, mission, and vision while promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
