About The Position

CGI has an immediate need for a CPMO (Client Partnership Management Office) Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment. We take an innovative approach to supporting our client, working side-by-side in an agile environment using emerging technologies. The ideal candidate is a communications and PMO leader with broad exposure to application and infrastructure delivery and the software development lifecycle. This person will be conversant in program and project management fundamentals, understand the expectations of a strategic client, and bring credibility and quality to our tracking, monitoring, reporting, and work products. This is a hands-on role essential to our delivery success and this person will work closely with the account leader (engagement and relationship manager) to guide our multi-year engagement. This individual thrives in fast-paced environments, builds trust with business and technical stakeholders, and consistently drives high-quality work with a focus on continuous improvement, leverage of standards and infusion of best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in project or program management, PMO or operations, or analyst positions
  • Strong experience with deliverable preparation, documentation, and communications (solid writing skills with an emphasis on accuracy and presentability)
  • Solid skills in the Microsoft suite (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • An ability to work independently and efficiently across complex programs with considerable details; an ability to convey information succinctly and in an audience-appropriate manner
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and balance multiple priorities
  • Commitment to confidentiality, data protection, data privacy and ethics
  • MS Excel expertise with Pivot tables, VLookups, etc.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with metrics identification, tracking and reporting, including visualization of data for decision-making
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery practices (e.g., ceremonies, cadences, metrics) and the software development lifecycle
  • Basic conversancy in application and infrastructure management services (e.g., DevSecOps, test automation) architectures

Responsibilities

  • The CPMO Analyst is responsible for a wide range of communications and coordination aimed at ensuring the efficacy of CGI's client delivery and capturing a traceable audit trail and record of key decisions, contracts, commitments, artifacts and . The ideal candidate will be attentive to detail, thorough, outcome-focused, exceptionally well organized, and a solid communicator helping to ensure the quality and professionalism of our work products
  • Supporting engagement communications, both internal and external, including the content, formatting, grammar, currency and clarity of our messaging across multiple channels and modalities
  • Coordinating client-facing and internal Governance Committees and sessions (e.g., preparing annual schedules, reviewing with the account leader, scheduling with the client, maintaining participant lists and rosters, issuing invitations, updating and maintaining the engagement meeting calendar)
  • Scheduling prep meetings, prepping slides, and providing QA, as for the Executive Steering Committee (ESC), Operating Steering Committee (OSC), and Project Steering Committee (PSC) or their equivalents in the client environment
  • Capturing action items in the CPMO tracker to track to resolution and posting materials to the SharePoint repository
  • Status Reporting (issuing reminders, attending, collaborating with the account lead on updates, etc.)
  • Coordinating CGI's internal Delivery Assurance Reviews and other engagement tracking and reporting activities
  • Administering SharePoint and Teams (e.g., adding and removing for onboarding/offboarding, maintaining site configuration and access permissions), maintaining distribution lists
  • Storing all records related to the engagement, such as client communications, step reviews, approvals, and reports on the appropriate CGI SharePoint Hub, Opportunity, Project, or Services sites
  • Performing deliverable reviews and QA/control for project artifacts
  • Tracking risks, issues and action items
  • Supporting Contract Management (e.g., work order tracking, contracts upload to SharePoint)
  • Reviewing and updating the Operational Framework and Program Handbook
  • Supporting Onboarding/Offboarding and ongoing Program Operations (e.g., maintaining roster, org charts, VIP list, aiding events execution)
  • Own project and account financials, including budgeting, labor and revenue forecasting, and cost tracking.
  • Monitor financial performance vs. plan, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting
