Vital Medical Staffing is looking for dependable, CPI Certified CNAs to join our PRN team. This role is best suited for someone who is flexible, calm under pressure, and understands how important it is to step in when patients and facilities need help most. Many of the shifts we cover come up with little notice, so reliability and responsiveness are a big part of what makes someone successful in this role. As a PRN CNA with our team, you'll support facilities during last-minute call-outs, staffing shortages, and unexpected needs. Your willingness to pick up shifts on short notice directly impacts patient care and helps facilities continue providing safe, compassionate treatment.
