Position Overview: We’re seeking a Food Service Sales Representative based in Dallas, TX who can hit the ground running. This role is ideal for a proven industry professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment, builds strong relationships, and knows how to drive meaningful, sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in foodservice sales, ideally within meat, protein, or grocery-related categories.
  • Established network within foodservice distributors, brokers, and operator accounts.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and account management success.
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Based in Dallas, TX (or within daily commuting distance).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand DRC’s presence in the foodservice channel across key distributors, operators, and regional accounts.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across key categories including smoked sausage, cooked proteins, and marinated meats.
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships through consistent follow-up, performance tracking, and partnership-building.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and R&D to deliver customer-specific programs and solutions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of category trends, pricing, and competitive landscape.
