The position requires a solid understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts, practices, and procedures. The candidate will work with CAD, Assembly, Part, Bill of Materials, Workflow Process, Release to Manufacturing, Revise, Change Management, Product Structure, Process Management, and WC ESI (SAP/Oracle Apps Integration). The role involves capturing user requirements and documenting them through User Requirement Specification, Functional Specifications, System Capture Worksheet, and Solution Design. The candidate will work in a team environment, following instructions from Project Managers or Leaders, and must have a good attitude towards learning and commitment to providing quality work. Reporting on task status to the Project Manager is essential to meet project schedules. A detailed understanding of product development business processes and workflows, as well as PLM processes, is required. The candidate should have experience managing complexity and multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, along with excellent documentation, verbal, and written communication skills. Experience in leading collaborative information-gathering sessions and articulating technical ideas in business terms is also necessary. The candidate will transform user requests and ideas into technical and functional specifications.
