The Global Supply Chain team plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service while keeping global inventory on target, and the CPFR Planner sits at the heart of this mission. This customer-facing role owns Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment across assigned regions and customers, partnering closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, and Manufacturing to drive in-stock performance, optimize inventory, and improve forecast accuracy. As the primary link between customers and Ansell’s supply chain, the CPFR Planner leads forecasting, replenishment, and inventory planning, represents customer needs in the IBP process, and drives continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role for a strong communicator and change agent who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and delivering mutual growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience and education combination.
  • E2E planning experience beyond Demand / S&OP / Inventory Planning in a regional / global scope
  • 3–5 years of supply chain experience within a best-practice, dynamic FMCG, Healthcare, or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management using advanced planning systems.
  • Strong knowledge of CPFR processes and collaborative planning with key customers and suppliers.
  • Experience developing business and strategic plans to optimize supply chain performance and customer service levels.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SAP APO, IBP, or similar systems).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to drive collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to interpret market trends and translate insights into actionable plans for improved forecast accuracy and replenishment efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Regional Planning process within Global Supply Chain to achieve customer service targets, balancing inventory, cost, and budget performance.
  • Own end-to-end replenishment from supplier to retailer, improving forecast accuracy across base, seasonal, and promotional demand while meeting in-stock and service KPIs.
  • Optimize regional inventory through active monitoring, prevention of excess and obsolescence, and timely resolution of shortages, backorders, and constraints.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, and customers to support new business, transitions, and ongoing service improvement.
  • Leverage reporting, scorecards, and analytics to identify volatility, root causes, and opportunities, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
  • Resolve complex supply chain issues in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and support product phase-in/phase-out and rationalization initiatives.
