Experience working with DOCSIS, ONU, CMTS, DAC, EC, Troubleshooting, Debugging and CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) Advanced knowledge of the DOCSIS and EPON standards Working knowledge of CMTS platforms including: Casa C100G Arris E6000 Cisco cBR8 RPHY Harmonic vCMTS and RPDs Vecima RPDs Working knowledge of EPON platforms including: ADTRAN 95XX and SDX-6210 Vecima (Nokia) 7360 and Distributed Access Architecture SF-4x, SC-2D3 Working knowledge of switch platforms including: Cisco NCS/ASR Juniper PTX/QFX/ACX Working knowledge of routing protocols including: OSPF ISIS BGP v4/v6 Multicast Ability to write technical documentation Ability to write and follow detailed technical test plans CPE and ONU background in trouble shooting is highly desirable Creative Network Trouble Shooting Skills.
