The Coyote CUAS Program Integrator at RTX Corporation is responsible for leading program integration and coordination within the Coyote Product Line. This role involves collaboration with various internal functional organizations to ensure effective program execution, adherence to management plans, and implementation of best practices in program management. The integrator will engage with cross-functional teams to support daily program management activities and facilitate communication among stakeholders.

  • Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations including Engineering, Contracts, Finance, and others.
  • Support the program risk and opportunity process in accordance with financial goals.
  • Manage daily program management activities such as risk review boards and program management reviews.
  • Prepare and monitor documentation in compliance with contract requirements and Raytheon's Integrated Product Development System (IPDS).
  • Capture and track program action items to ensure timely closure.
  • Identify and implement key program assessments and metrics for performance assessments.
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in various domains such as Engineering and Finance.
  • Ability to balance technical, cost, and schedule aspects of a program.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
  • Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and synthesizing Submittal Gate packages.
  • Raytheon Program Management certification at level 6 or 5, or ability to achieve within 6 months.
  • Prior experience in aerospace and defense industry programs.
  • Working knowledge of contract formation and management.
  • Proficiency with PMX tool suite or similar systems.
