About The Position

Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated Program Integrator for the Coyote Product Line, responsible for leading program integration, coordination, and control. This role involves direct engagement with program teams and functional partners to ensure effective day-to-day program execution, advocating for Program Management plans and best practices.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in areas such as Engineering, Contracts, Finance, and Manufacturing.
  • Ability to balance technical, cost, and schedule aspects of a program.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and synthesizing Submittal Gate and Start-up Gate packages.
  • Raytheon Program Management certification at level 6 or 5, or ability to achieve within 6 months.
  • Prior experience in aerospace and defense industry programs.
  • Working knowledge of contract formation and management.
  • Proficiency with PMX tool suite or similar program management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations including Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, and Data Management.
  • Support the program risk and opportunity process in accordance with financial goals and obligations.
  • Manage daily program activities such as risk review boards, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews, and program management reviews to meet contract commitments.
  • Prepare, revise, and monitor documentation in compliance with contract requirements and Raytheon's Integrated Product Development System (IPDS).
  • Capture and track program action items, ensuring timely closure of actions with action owners.
  • Identify and implement key program assessments and metrics to support program success.
