About The Position
The COVID Site Project Manager position is a permanent role based in Phoenix, AZ, focused on overseeing the setup, execution, and takedown of multiple sample collection sites within the same geographical area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring site safety, security, and overall operations of the collection sites. This includes devising and implementing site policies and procedures in accordance with local and federal laws. The Project Manager will serve as the single point of contact for all collection site staff, the Genetworx Supply Chain team, and the Genetworx Site Logistics team, acting as the on-the-ground contact for client communications and logistics teams. In this role, the Project Manager will inspect supplies and inventories, coordinating with the Genetworx supply chain on the maintenance of equipment as required. Ensuring compliance with safety standards is crucial, including adherence to social distancing measures and fire safety protocols. The Project Manager will handle emergencies according to established procedures and help prepare and maintain operational procedures. Additionally, the role involves supervising and evaluating staff, completing employee reviews, and maintaining accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets. The Project Manager will also be responsible for interviewing candidates, onboarding, and training new hires, as well as setting goals for average collection times and ensuring that these goals are met. Confidentiality is paramount, as the Project Manager will handle sensitive information, including digital record entry. Compliance with company or government regulations and contracted service level agreements (SLAs) is also a key responsibility of this position.
